Ingredients:
5 LARGE SWEET YAMS
1 STICK OF BUTTER (CUBE THEM)
3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
Directions:
1. STEAM THE YAMS TILL TENDER WITH OUT WITHOUT THE SKIN.
2. CUT THEM UP, THEN LAY THEM ON THE PAN THE WAY YOU WANT THEM
3. SPRINKLE THE CUBED BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR ON TOP.
4. BAKE ON 350* OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE BUTTER AND SUGAR HAS MELTED.
