Cupcakes and my Brownie Bottom Coconut Macaroon was a hit at the party. I get so giddy and happy when they ask who made the cupcakes. It took me a while to perfect my BBCM (Brownie Bottom Coconut Macaroon) I did a lot of tweaking and lots of burnt pieces, but I managed to make it just the way it is now.
