Hmm!!! Cake balls, just the thought of it makes my mouth water. This is the very first time I’ve made cake balls. As usual I was online looking for baking stuff or anything that has to do with baking. I get crazy like that during the Holidays, specially towards Christmas. Then for some reason I stumbled upon a new site, to me, called BAKERELLA. THe first thing I saw was her FEATURED SWEET, which was cake balls. That night I told myself, self, you have to make this tomorrow.

So the next day I went to the store and bought what I needed for the cake balls. Bake and wait for the cake to cool. I was so excited that when I got everything mixed and rolled them into balls that I never bothered freezing them. Ok, Ok!!! I actually forgot to freeze them. LOL! DUH! silly me :-) no wonder why the cakes keep falling apart. I guess, I got so excited that I never really finished reading the part where you chill them before dipping in the melted chocolate.

In the end the cake balls turned out awesome and it was melt in your mouth good. I made about 60 cake balls out of the batch I made.
